• Marinade Ratio: Mix 1 cup Triple 9 Pork Injection & Marinade with 32 oz cold liquid (<40°F)
• Whisking: Whisk thoroughly until fully dissolved
• Resting: Allow mixture to sit 5–10 minutes to eliminate bubbles
• Straining: Strain before loading injector
• Injection: Inject evenly throughout meat using a grid pattern
• Marinating Time: Marinate 2–8 hours depending on cut size
