Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 6, 2026

Our Commitment

Triple 9 BBQ is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Great BBQ is for everybody, and so is our website. We work to ensure that all visitors can browse our products, read our recipes, and place orders regardless of ability or the technology they use.

Conformance Status

We are working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Some parts of our website may not yet fully conform to this standard, and we are actively working to achieve and maintain full conformance as we update and improve the site.

What We're Doing

To support accessibility on our site, we take the following measures:

  • We include accessibility as part of our ongoing website development and content updates.

  • We use descriptive alternative text for product images and graphics.

  • We work to maintain sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds.

  • We structure pages with proper headings so screen reader users can navigate easily.

  • We aim to make all features usable with a keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse.

  • We test our site periodically with accessibility evaluation tools including: axe DevTools, Lighthouse, and WAVE Evaluation Tool and address issues as they are found.

Compatibility

Our website is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) and with common assistive technologies, including screen readers and screen magnification software. The site is built to work on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. This may include:

  • Third-party content or embedded features (such as social media feeds, review widgets, or payment processors) that we do not control.

  • Older content, such as archived blog posts or recipe pages, published before our current accessibility practices were in place.

We are working to address these areas and appreciate your patience as we improve.

Feedback and Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, have trouble accessing any part of our site, or need assistance placing an order, please contact us:

Please include the web page address (URL) and a description of the problem. We try to respond to accessibility feedback within 3 business days, and we will work with you to provide the information or complete the transaction you need through an alternative method if necessary.

Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We regularly review our website, train our team, and update this statement as our site evolves.
